IMPORTANT: The ID locations are addressed in the buffer at 400h-407h.The Configuration word is located at buffer address 1FFEh. Both ID and Configurtationword can be set by Device Configure.Some devices may contain LP XT HS or RC suffixes in the device marking. Thisindicates that the part is manufactured/tested with preset Oscillator settings. Inthis case make sure the Configuration word is set to match the Oscillator type.Code protection can only be set by enabling the Secure Option.
