IMPORTANT: The ID locations are addressed in the buffer at 0x800 – 0x807. The Configuration word is located at buffer address 0x1FFE. Some devices may contain LP XT HS or RC suffixes in the device marking. This indicates that the part is manufactured/tested with preset Oscillator settings. In this case make sure the Configuration word is set to match the Oscillator type. and it is to calculate Device checksum.
BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
