IMPORTANT: The ID locations are addressed in the buffer at 4000h – 4007h.The Configuration word is located at buffer addresses 400Eh & 400Fh. Both the ID andConfiguration word may be set from the CONFIGURE menu or from the abovementioned addresses in your data file.Some sections on this part can be code protected as shown under DEVICE/CONFIGURATIONmenu. SECURE under DEVICE/OPTIONS will secure the entire device when enabled.Parts are verified at High and Low voltages depending on Oscillator settings per Microchip specs.This part has odd and even parity bits at each address location which are calculated and writteninto the chip during programming. These bits will be programmed even if you try to program blank state data 0x3FFF.
