IMPORTANT: The ID locations are addressed in the Data Pattern at 4000h-4007h. It is recommended by Microchip that the user use only the four Least Significant Bits of each ID location. The Configuration word is located at Data Pattern address 400Eh. Both the ID and Configuration word may be set from the CONFIGURE menu or from the above mentioned addresses in your data file.
