2. | Erasing the device will erase Program Memory and Data Memory along with the Configuration and ID bitsbut not Calibration words! The Calibration words are skipped during all device operations. | |
3. | The ID locations are addressed in the Data Pattern at [10000h-10007h].It is recommended by manufacturer that the user use only the seven Least Significant Bits of eachID locations and the remaining bits are masked to 1s during programming. | |
4. | Configuration words are located at Data Pattern addresses [1000Eh(LSB)-1000Fh(MSB)] and [10010h(LSB)-10011(MSB)].IDs and Configuration may be set under Device > Configure or from the above mentioned addresses in Data Pattern. |
