If the device is not yet supported by your BPM programmer (Generation), request Device Support
Note
IMPORTANT: The ID locations are addressed in the buffer at 4000h-4007h.It is recommended by Microchip to use only the least four significant bits for the ID.The Configuration word is located at buffer address 400Eh. Both the ID andConfiguration word may be set from the Configure menu or from the abovementioned addresses in your data file. EEPROM (Data Memory) is addressed in thebuffer at 4200h-42FFh.The Sum command generates the checksum calculation as specified by Microchip.
BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
