If the device is not yet supported by your BPM programmer (Generation), request Device Support
Note
IMPORTANT: The ID locations are addressed in the buffer at 4000h-4007h.The Configuration word is located at buffer address 400Eh. Both the ID andConfiguration word may be set from the CONFIGURE menu or from the abovementioned addresses in your data file. EEPROM (Data Memory) is addressed in thebuffer at 4200h-42FFh. The program memory is located in the buffer at000h – 7FFh. The Secure options are found under Device Options in’Secure after programming/verifying.’ The following are the options available forsecure: ‘FLASH’ protects the program memory ‘FLASH+EEPROM’ protects both the programand data memory ‘200h-3FFh’ protects part of the program memory found at bufferlocation 400h – 7FFh and ‘EEPROM’ protects only the data memory.
BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
