IMPORTANT: The ID locations are addressed in the Data Pattern at 4000h-4007h. It is recommended by Microchip that the user use only the four Least Significant Bits of each ID location. The Configuration word is located at Data Pattern address 400Eh. Both the ID(ID locations 0 to 3 have 14-bit mask (0 to 3FFF)) and Configuration word may be set from the CONFIGURE menu or from the above mentioned addresses in your data file. User Program memory is addressed in the Data Pattern at 0000h-0FFFh. EEPROM (Data Memory) is addressed in the Data Pattern at 4200h-42FFh. Chip erase will erase all the memory and configure word.
