IMPORTANT: The ID locations are addressed in the Data Pattern at 4000h-4007h. It is recommended by Microchipthat the user use only the four Least Significant Bits of each ID location.The Configuration word is located at Data Pattern address 400Eh. Both the ID andConfiguration word may be set from the Device Configure menu or from the abovementioned addresses in your data file.FLASH(Program memory) is addressed in the Data Pattern at 0000h-0FFFh.EEPROM (Data Memory) is addressed in the Data Pattern at 4200h-42FFh.
