Note
IMPORTANT: This device has 2Kx14-bit flash program memory. Program memory is addressed in the Buffer at [000h-FFFh]. The User ID locations are addressed in the Buffer at [4000h-4007h]. It is recommended by manufacturer that the user use only the seven Least Significant Bits of each ID location. The configuration word is located at Buffer addresses [400Eh(LSB)-400Fh(MSB)]. Both the User IDs and Configuration may be set under Device Configure or from the above mentioned addresses in your data file. Erasing the device will erase the program memory the configuration word and User IDs but not the calibration words. The calibration words are skipped during all device operations. The device is protected by enabling the code protection bit (CP) under Device Configure. If the device is protected Read will return 0000h for all program memory locations. The code protection bit can be erased using the Erase operation. The device Sum command is to generate the checksum calculation as specified by Microchip.
BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
