IMPORTANT: Microcontroller with Flash and EEPROM Memory.The ID locations are addressed in the Buffer at 4000h-4007h.It is recommended by Microchip that the user program the ID Locations as 11 1111 1000 bbbb’.The option of programming the 7 Least Significant Bits of each ID location is given. TheConfiguration word 1 is located at buffer address 400Eh. Configuration word 2 is locatedat buffer address 4010h. Both the ID and Configuration words may be set under Device Configureor from the above mentioned addresses in your data file.FLASH(Program memory) is addressed in the Buffer at 0000h-1FFFh.EEPROM (Data Memory) is addressed in the Buffer at 4200h-43FFh. Please noteonly the least significant byte of the EEPROM (Data Memory) section is actualEEPROM Data. The most signifcant byte should be set to 00h.The Device Sum command is updated from algorithm revision 1.3and it generates the checksum calculation as specified by Microchip. ‘
