Microcontroller with EEPROM Memory.The status register bits can be set under Device > Configure. The ID locations are addressed in the buffer at 4000h-4007h It is recommended by Microchip that the user program the ID Locations as ’11 1111 1000 bbbb’.The option of programming the 7 Least Significant Bits of each ID location is given.The Configuration word is located at buffer address 400Eh.Both the ID and Configuration word may be set under Device/Configure or from the above mentioned addresses in your data file.Please note only the least significant byte of the EEPROM (Data Memory) section is actual EEPROM Data. The most signifcant byte should be set to 00h.Secure is used to set each individual lock bit. Once set it can only be cleared through erasure.
