IMPORTANT: Microcontroller with EEPROM Memory.The ID locations are addressed in the Data Pattern at 4000h-4007h.It is recommended by Microchip that the user program the ID Locations as 11 1111 1000 bbbb’.The option of programming the 7 Least Significant Bits of each ID location is given. TheConfiguration word is located at Data Pattern address 400Eh. Both the ID andConfiguration word may be set under Device/Configure or from the abovementioned addresses in your data file.FLASH(Program memory) is addressed in the Data Pattern at 0000h-3FFFh.EEPROM (Data Memory) is addressed in the Data Pattern at 4200h-43FFh. Please noteonly the least significant byte of the EEPROM (Data Memory) section is actualEEPROM Data. The most signifcant byte should be set to 00h. ‘
