IMPORTANT: OTP devices may have an oscillator calibration value programmed by themanufacturer at device address 3FFh (buffer addresses 7FEh & 7FFh).This algorithm will not program that address if it is not blank.The ID locations are addressed in the buffer at 800h – 807h.The Configuration Word is located at buffer addresses 1FFEh & 1FFFh.Both the IDs and Configuration Word may be set from the DEVICE-CONFIGUREMenu or from the mentioned addresses above in your data file. CP (Code Protection)in CONFIGURE Menu if set to ON (by file or user) will enable SECURE operationafter programming. To turn Secure off set CP to ‘OFF’ then SECURE AFTER PROGRAMMING to ‘DISABLE’under DEVICE-OPTIONS.
