If the device is not yet supported by your BPM programmer (Generation), request Device Support
Note
IMPORTANT: The Device Sum command is updated from algorithm revision 1.9 and it is to calculateDevice checksum. The Sum’ command generates the checksum calculation as specified by Microchip. The ID locations are addressed in the Buffer at 0x1000 – 0x1007. The Configuration wordis located at buffer address 0x1FFE. Some devices may contain LP XT HS or RC suffixesin the device marking. This indicates that the part is manufactured/tested with presetOscillator settings. In this case make sure the Configuration word is setto match the Oscillator type. ‘
BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
