IMPORTANT: The 96Kbytes of Code Memory(flash area) are addressed from [0h-17FFFh]. The ID locations(8 bytes) are addressed in the buffer at [200000h-200007h]. The Configuration bytes are located at buffer addresses [300001h-30000Dh]. The 1024 bytes of Data Memory(eeprom area) are addressed from [F00000h-F003FFh]. The Configuration word may be set from the CONFIGURE menu or from the above mentioned addresses in your data file. All reserved bit locations must be set to zeros. Please use help notes under Device Configure to view more information about bit identities and reserved bit locations or see Microchip specs. To program the options in the Device Configure you must select the appropriate options AND you must ENABLE Secure. Otherwise none of the options will be programmed. The Sum command generates the checksum calculation as specified by Microchip.
