The Flash Memory is mapped from [1D000000h-1D07FFFFh] in the Data Pattern The Boot Flash is mapped from [1FC00000h-1FC02FEFh] in the Data Patern The four configuration words (4×32-bit) are mapped in the Data Patern at [1FC02FF0h-1FC02FFFh] If JTAGEN bit in Flash Configuration Word 0 is set to 0 the device can no longer be accessible. In order to reprogram the device the job must satisfy below configuration settings: 1) The JTAGEN and DEBUG<1> bit in Flash Configuration Word 0 is set to 1. 2) The IESO bit in Flash Configuration Word 1 is set to 1. Please set Little Endian’ under Device->Byte Order. Algorithm uses JTAG 4-wire with PE mode to program the device. ‘
