IMPORTANT: This OTP devices has an internal clock oscillator calibration valueat device address 3FFh (buffer addresses 7FEh & 7FFh). In this algorithmthis address will be ignored during program verify and compare.The ID locations are addressed in the buffer at 800h – 807h. The ID valueis 4-bit masked (only bit 0 through 3 of each ID are used all other bits are set to 0).The Configuration Word is located at buffer addresses 1FFEh & 1FFFh.Both the IDs and Configuration Word may be set from the Device/ConfigureMenu or from the above mentioned addresses in your data file.Code protection can be done by setting Secure after programmingor Secure after verifying to ENABLE under Device/Options. Code protectionwill not protect IDs Configuration Word and device address 000h – 03Fh (buffer address000h – 07Fh).
