Special Device Considerations:

The Configuration word may be set from the CONFIGURE menu.All reserved bit locations must be set to zeros.Please use help notes under Device Configure to view more information about bit identities and reserved bit locations or see Microchip specs. The EEPROM has a default word value of 0xFF00. If the loaded data pattern doesn’t match this data pattern this region will fail in compare. It is recommended that the Most Significant nibble of each User ID location be Fh.
