IMPORTANT: 128M-bit Serial Flash. This algorithm uses Standard SPI mode to Program and Verify/Read the device. There is a 64-byte OTP area outside main memory mapped to [1000000-100003F] in Data Pattern The default Device Range is set to [000000h-FFFFFFh]. Please modify the range under Device > Range if any of the Security Registers needs to be included. The Status Register and NVCR can be set under Device > Configure.
