IMPORTANT: 256M-bit Serial Flash. This algorithm uses Standard SPI mode to Program and Verify/Read the device. There is a 64-byte OTP area outside main memory mapped to [2000000-200003F] in Data Pattern The default Device Range is set to [0000000h-1FFFFFFh]. Please modify the range under Device > Range if any of the Security Registers needs to be included.
