Device contains one additional SecSi sectors (OTP). Flash 1 SecSi sector(SecSi Sector A) located at address range [4000000h-400007Fh] (Buffer locations: 8000000h-80000FFh ). The first half of this sector is locked at factory and cannot be changed. The second half is customer-lockable area and hence can be programmed and locked by the user.
