Note
IMPORTANT: This is a custom algorithm. Blank pages will be skipped during Program. The data file must contain data for all pages that need to be programmed. Under Nand Options 1) A single partition must be used. 2) Maximum Image size = (Size of Device – Maximum bad blocks allowed per device specifications) This is a NAND-type Flash Memory with a minimum of 3996 blocks. Each block contains 256 pages which are divided into a 4096 byte main page and a 224 byte spare area. This algorithm is mapped with each page considered an contiguous 4320 byte page. Bad Blocks are indicated at byte 4096 of the first page of a block. ‘
BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
