IMPORTANT: 8-bit CMOS Flash Microcontroller with 2K Memory.Please set Default buffer value’ to 0 before loading the programming data file.The Option Byte is located at buffer address 7FFh. Please consult with specificationsregarding the configuration. Bit 5 security bit of the Option Byte must be set to 0. Otherwiseprogramming operation will be aborted. To erase a secured device user must select ‘Ignore’ optionwhen the ID error message is displayed. ‘
