IMPORTANT: 256 Bytes of information block is mapped to address locations 10000h – 100FFh. Address locations 10000h-1007Fh and 100FEh (16 bits length) are READ-ONLY and will not be used to Compare between the Device and the buffer. Data loaded to address 10000h-1007Fh and 100FEh will be ignored. Warning!!! Protection Word mapped at 100FEh can be access via Device->Configure and Device->Options->Secure. Make sure these options are set before execute any command.Note: Once device is secured no further access is allowed. Use SP_ERASE to erase the secured device.
