IMPORTANT: This algo is based on parameter file 70F3306.prm version 1.10.This algorithm supports Device version V1.00Firmware version V2.00. It can not be used for any other versions.3-Wire Serial I/O Mode(CSIB0).The Security Byte can be set through Device Configureand programmed with Secure command.In order to program this Byte please enable Secure.Set Bit 0 to 0 will disable Chip EraseSet Bit 1 to 0 will disable Block EraseSet Bit 2 to 0 will disable Program.Set Bit 3 to 0 will disable Read.Bits 4 to 7 are reserved and should be set to 1s.Bit 1 2 and 3 can be erased through Chip Erase but once bit 0 isprogrammed to 0 the whole chip is secured and no operation can be done on it.Only new devices support Read and Secure please check with NEC onthe Read and Secure availability of your device.
