IMPORTANT: This algorithm is based on parameter file 78F0103H.PRM V1.01.3-Wire Serial I/O Mode(CSI10). This device does NOT support Read or Compare functions.This algorithm supports Device verion V1.10 and V1.00Firmware version verion V1.10 and V1.00. It can not be used for any otherversions.The Security Byte can be set through Device Configureand programmed with Secure command.In order to program this Byte please enable Secure.Set Bit0 to 0 will disable Chip EraseSet Bit1 to 0 will disable Block EraseSet Bit2 to 0 will disable Program.Bits 3 to 7 are reserved and should be set to 1s.Bit1 and Bit2 can be erased through Chip Erase but once Bit0 isprogrammed to 0 the whole chip is secured and no operation can be done on it.
