IMPORTANT: 16Mbit Secure Flash with 128-bit Protection Register. The Protection Register is divided into two 64 bit segments. The first segment (Data Pattern [200000h-200007h]) is pre-programmed with a unique device number and cannot be modified. The second segment (Data Pattern [200008h-20000Fh]) is One Time Programmable(OTP) and can be locked by setting the Protection Register Lock Bit under Device > Configure. The default Device Range is set to [00000h-FFFFFh]. Please select Entire File’ under Device > Range if entire device range is required. ‘
