IMPORTANT: This is a NAND-type Flash Memory with a minimum of 4016 blocks. Each block contains 32 pages which are divided into a 512 byte main page and a 16 byte spare area. This algorithm is mapped with each page considered an contiguous 528 byte page. Bad Blocks are indicated at byte 517 of the first page of a block. Check Bad Block Markers in Data Pattern option under NAND Flash Options must be unchecked for this device selection.
