IMPORTANT: This device contains a 128 word One Time Programmable(OTP) Extended Memory Block and 4-Word Password area. The Extended Memory Block is mapped from 4000000h-400007Fh (Data Pattern locations: 8000000h-80000FFh). This Block can be programmed and locked by the user. Once locked data in this area cannot be changed any more. Please refer to device specifications for more detail on security features of the device. The default Device Range is set to [000000h-3FFFFFFh]. Please select Entire File’ under Device > Range if Extended Memory Block needs to be included.
