IMPORTANT: SMART Microcontroller with 8KByte EROM and 512Byte EEPROM. 8KByte EROM is mapped to Data Pattern Byte address: 00000h-1FFFh. 512Byte EEPROM is mapped to Data Pattern Byte address: 2000h-21FFh. Location 1FFFh of EROM is skipped for program and verify operation. Page 0 126 and 127 of EEPROM are skipped for program and verify operation. To remove device security an erase operation is required.
