Included in default Range (Y/N) | DUT Physical Byte Address(hex) | 4KB EEPROM Memory. | R/W/E | Yes | 0000 0000 – 0000 0FFF | 256KB Flash Memory(PPAGE register[$30-$3F]). | R/W/E | Yes | 000C 0000 – 000F FFFF |
* R:Read only W: One time programmable (OTP) R/W: readable and one time programmable (OTP) R/W/E: readable and rewritable if not locked. Any configurations listed under Device-Specific’ in the menu item Device-> Settings will be written to the DUT during ‘Program’ operation. Special Device Considerations: There are two security bits in the FLASH PAGE $3F. These bits (SEC01 SEC00) are Bit1 and Bit0 of address $FFF0F in the buffer. These locations will be masked out during programming and these bits will be programmed to ‘0’ when the device is secured. To secure the device set the Secure options or use SECURE command. Algorithm supported Motorola format: ‘MSB=0LSB=1 (Big Endian)’. ‘
BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
