Note
IMPORTANT: Microcontroller with EPROM.Socket module information has been updated in revision 1.14.The following were removed as valid modules: SM44QI SM44QC ASM44TQ ASM44TQE SM44TQE ASM44TQFSM44TQF ASM44TQS SM44TQS SM44TQA ASM44TQA and SM44TQ.Default buffer value must be set to 255(FFh). The EncryptBuf is used on read back. If theEncryption array has been programmed EncryptBuf must contain the correct encryption key toread the device properly. The encryption array itself cannot be read out.You must select the appropriate security mode under DEVICE/OPTIONS to operate the secure command.Three lock bits are available in this chip: LB1 LB2 and LB3.If LB1 is set further programming of EPROM is disabled. If LB2 is set verify of EPROM isdisabled. If LB3 is set external execution is disabled.!!!Note: If both Encryption and Secure functions are required they must be done together byenabling both the Encrypt after programming’ and ‘Secure after programming’ options underDEVICE/OTPIONS. ‘
BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
