IMPORTANT: Microcontroller with EPROM.Default buffer value’ under BUFFER/OPTIONS must be set to 255(FFh).The EncryptBuf is used on read back.The encryption array itself cannot be read out. If theEncryption array has been programmed EncryptBuf must contain the correct encryption key toread the device properly. You must select the appropriate security mode under DEVICE/OPTIONSto operate the secure command. Three lock bits are available in this chip: LB1 LB2 and LB3. If LB1is set further programming of EPROM is disabled. If LB2 is set verify of EPROM is disabled. If LB3is set external execution is disabled. There are three modes under DEVICE/OPTIONS: MODE1 sets LB1;MODE2 sets LB1&LB2; MODE3 sets LB1&LB2&LB3.!!!Note: If both Encryption and Secure functions are required they must be done together byenabling both the ‘Encrypt after programming’ and ‘Secure after programming’ options underDEVICE/OTPIONS. ‘
