IMPORTANT: *** Make sure to enable Secure after programming under Device Options to program the first page of flash. ***The first page of flash is programmed in Secure and is not verified by this algorithm.Do not use standalone Secure as it will write unpredictable data to the first page.This microcomputer device contains a 256KB single power supply flash memory and a user boot MAT.Flash memory is mapped to buffer locations 00000h-3FFFFh.User boot MAT is mapped to buffer locations 40000h-41FFFh.Locations [3Ch-3Fh] constitute the key code area. The key code area is part of the first page.If data other than FFh is written to the key code area of flash memoryonly 00h can be read in programmer mode for all memory locations.
