IMPORTANT: This microcomputer device contains a 128KB single power supply flash memoryand a user boot MAT.Flash memory is mapped to buffer locations 00000h-1FFFFh.User boot MAT is mapped to buffer locations 20000h-21FFFh.For flash memory addresses 00h-40h are reserved for external interrupt vector table.Locations 3Ch-3Fh constitute the key code area. If data other than FFh is written tothe key code area reading cannot be performed in programmer mode.Rewrite is possible after erasing the data.
