Note
IMPORTANT: M16C/1N Microcomputer Flash Memory Version. This algorithm is written in Parallel I/O mode. In the Data Pattern4K-byte Boot ROM is mapped to 0000h-0FFFh;4K-byte Data ROM (block B and A) is mapped to F000h-FFFFh;64K-byte User ROM is divided into several blocks and they are mapped toFF000h-FFFFFh.Data Pattern locations FFE00h-FFFFFh are specialprogramming incorrect data would cause the part to stop communication. The Boot ROM area of the device has a standard serial I/O modecontrol program stored in it when shipped from the factory. Therefore if the device is going to be used in standard serial I/O modedo not rewrite the Boot ROM area.Device Configure Options allow the individual Memory sections to be selectedfor device operations. Before executingany command at least 1 Operations Area must be selected.
BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
