IMPORTANT: M16C/62 Microcomputer Flash Memory Version.The buffer setup (word address):addresses 00000h-00FFFh are the Boot ROM area;addresses 60000h-7FFFFh are the User ROM area;addresses 01000h-5FFFFh are not used and should be set to FFFFh.The Boot ROM area of the device has had a standard serial I/O modecontrol program stored in it when shipped from the Mitsubishi factory.Therefore if the device is going to be used in standard serial I/O modedo not rewrite the Boot ROM area(set Ranges to [60000h-7FFFFh] under DEVICE/OPTIONS).All blocks can be programmed or erased regardless of the stateof the lock-bits and the lock-bits can be cleared only by erase.The on-chip flash memory can be programmed/erased for up to 100 times.
