Note
IMPORTANT: M16C/62P Microcomputer Flash Memory Version. In the buffer4K-byte Boot ROM memory is mapped to 00000h-00FFFh.4K-byte Data ROM (block A) is mapped to 0F000h-0FFFFhUser ROM is divided into several blocks and they are mapped to 80000h-FFFFFh.The User Boot and Data ROMs are selected in the Configure Options.Buffer locations 01000h-0EFFFh and 10000h-7FFFFh are not used and should be filled with FFh.Buffer locations FFE00h-FFFFFh are special.Buffer locations FFFFEh-FFFFFh is the security word. If secured standalone Verify and Compare will fail.Config Options allow the individual ROM sections to be selected for device operations. Before executingany command at least 1 Operations Area must be selected.*** Verify after Programming must be enabled during programming. ***All blocks can be locked by setting LOCK under Device Configure and the lock-bitscan be cleared only by erasing the ROM area the lock-bits control. The Boot ROM area of the device hasa standard serial I/O mode control program stored in it when shipped from the factory. Therefore ifthe device is going to be used in standard serial I/O mode do not rewrite the Boot ROM area.
BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
