IMPORTANT: M16C/62P Microcomputer Flash Memory Version.This algorithm will preserve the (factory) programming of the Boot Block memory.To access the Boot Block select the M3062CF8TGP’ device.The range address is displayed in word mode (16 bit) while in the Bufferthe address is in byte mode (8 bit). User area is divided into several blocksand they are mapped to [F0000h-FFFFFh] in the Buffer.Each block can be erased and programmed separately by setting the ranges.Buffer locations [00000h-EFFFFh] are not used and should be filled with FFh.Buffer locations [FFE00h-FFFFFh] are special.Buffer locations [FFFFEh-FFFFFh] is the security word. If securedstandalone Verify and Compare will fail.*** Verify after Programming must be enabled during programming. ***All blocks can be locked by setting LOCK under Device Configureand the lock-bits can be cleared only by erasing the whole chip.For faster programming please set device range to [78000h-7FFFFh]. ‘
