IMPORTANT: M16C/62P Microcomputer Flash Memory Version.The Byte order’ in Device/Options must be MSB=1LSB=0 (Little-Endian).In the buffer the address is in byte mode (8 bit).4K-byte Boot block memory is mapped to 000h-FFFh. User area is divided into several blocks and they are mapped to F0000h-FFFFFh.Buffer locations 1000h-EFFFFh are not used and should be filled with FFh.Buffer locations FFE00h-FFFFFh are special.Buffer locations FFFFEh-FFFFFh is the security word.Device Configure Options allow the individual ROM sections to be selected for device operations. Before executingany command at least 1 Operations Area must be selected.All blocks can be locked by setting LOCK under Device Configure and the lock-bits can be cleared only by erase.The Boot ROM area of the device has a standard serial I/O modecontrol program stored in it when shipped from the factory.Therefore if the device is going to be used in standard serial I/O modedo not rewrite the Boot ROM area. ‘
