Note
IMPORTANT: In the buffer the address is in byte mode (8 bit). 4K-byte Boot block memory is mapped to 000h-FFFh.4K-byte Data Block (block A) is mapped to F000h-FFFFhUser area is divided into several blocks and they are mapped to C0000h-FFFFFh.Buffer locations 1000h-EFFFh and 10000h-BFFFFh are not used and should be filled with FFh.Buffer locations FFE00h-FFFFFh are special.Buffer locations FFFFEh-FFFFFh is the security word. If secured standalone operations will fail.Device Configure Options allow the individual ROM sections to be selected for device operations. Before executingany command at least 1 Operations Area must be selected. All blocks can be locked by setting LOCK under Device Configure and the lock-bits can be cleared only by erase. The Boot ROM area of the device has a standard serial I/O modecontrol program stored in it when shipped from the factory. Therefore if the device is going to be used in standard serial I/O modedo not rewrite the Boot ROM area.
BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
