IMPORTANT: The FASM64QAN socket module is obsoleted. We recommend using the algorithm titled M38K09F8LHP which wasdeveloped for the FASMR64QANJ socket module.38K0 Microcomputer Flash Memory Version.In the buffer 4K-byte Boot block memory is mapped to 000h-FFFh.32KB User Area is mapped to 8000h-FFFFh.Buffer locations 1000h-7FFFh are not used and should be filled with FFh.Buffer locations FF00h-FFFFh are special.Device Configure Options allow the individual ROM sections to be selected for device operations. Before executingany command at least 1 Operations Area must be selected.The Boot ROM area of the device has a standard serial I/O modecontrol program stored in it when shipped from the factory.Therefore if the device is going to be used in standard serial I/O modedo not rewrite the Boot ROM area.
