IMPORTANT: This microcomputer device contains a 160KB single power supply flash memoryand a user boot MAT.Flash memory is mapped to buffer locations 00000h-27FFFh.User boot MAT is mapped to buffer locations 28000h-29FFFh.For flash memory addresses 00h-40h are reserved for external interrupt vector table. Locations 3Ch-3Fh constitute the key code area. If data other than FFh is written to the key code area reading cannot be performed in programmer mode.Rewrite is possible after erasing the data.
