Note
IMPORTANT: R8C/34K Microcomputer Flash Memory Version. This algorithm is written in parallel I/O mode.4K-byte Data ROM (blocks ABCD) is mapped to Data Pattern addresses 3000h-3FFFh.64K-byte User ROM is mapped to Data Pattern addresses 4000h-13FFFh.The User and Data ROMs are selected in the Configure Options. Before executing any command at least one Operation Area must be selected.Addresses FFDCh-FFFFh of the device are special. The address FFFFh of User ROM containscode protection bits. This byte can be set under Device > Configure and programmedby enabling Secure. If device is secured standalone operations will fail.Lock bits can be set in Configure Options. To program the lock bits Secure must be enabled. The lock bits can be programmed but not verified or read. The value displayed after Readis the previous setting from Configure Options.
BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
