In the Data Pattern 8K-byte EEPROM (block B and A) is mapped to 10000h-11FFFh.16K-byte Boot ROM is mapped to 20000h-23FFFh.256K-byte FLASH is divided into four blocks and is mapped to C0000h-FFFFFh.Data Pattern locations 12000h-1FFFFh and 24000h-BFFFFh are not used and should be filled with FFh.Data Pattern locations FFE00h-FFFFFh are special programming incorrect datacould cause the part to stop communicating.Device Configure Options allow the individual Memory sections to be selectedfor device operations. Before executing any command at least 1 Operations Area must be selected.
