In order to program this Byte please enable Secure. Set Bit 5 to 0 will disable Erase Set Bit 6 to 0 will disable Program Set Bit 7 to 0 will disable Read. Bits 4 to 0 are reserved and should be set to 1s.

1. OPBT0-OPBT7 options can be programmed compared read and verified. OPBT8-OPBT12 options can be programmed but cannot be compared read and verifiedErased. Device specifications provide details on how this CRC is calculated. 2. it is NOT possible to read out the ICU-M configuration once the ICU-M is active. 3.
