IMPORTANT: 3-Wire Serial I/O Mode. Code Flash is mapped to address space 0000000h-01FFFFFh. Data Flash is mapped to address space 2000000h-2007FFFh (2000000h-200FFFFh in the Data Pattern with ID Tag).OPBT0 Option Byte can be mapped in address space 0F00028h-0F0002Bh Data pattern contained in Data Flash must include valid ID Tags. Erase function for a Blank secured device is not supported. The Option Byte 0[OPBT0] can be set either under Device->Configure or Datapattern(i.e Buffer Location) and programmed with Secure command.
