* R:Read only W: One time programmable (OTP) R/W: readable and one time programmable (OTP) R/W/E: readable and rewritable if not locked. Any configurations listed under Device-Specific’ in the menu item Device-> Settings will be written to the DUT during ‘Program’ operation. Special Device Considerations: 1) Erase function will erase the entire device. Erased Data Flash memory area is filled with random data. Erase function for a Blank secured device is not supported. 2) Setting OCD ID is currently not supported. 3) The Option Byte 0 can be set under Device->Configure and programmed with Secure command. 4) The Security Byte can be set under Device->Configure and programmed with Secure command. Security for this device cannot be verified. Security Byte: Setting Bit 1 to 0 will prohibit Boot block cluster overwrite Setting Bit 2 to 0 will prohibit Block Erase. Setting Bit 4 to 0 will disable Write Setting Bit 5 to 0 will disable Read for flash programmer interface. Bits 0 3 6 and 7 are reserved and fixed to 1. Bit 4 and 5 can be erased through Block Erase but once bit 2 is programmed to 0 the whole chip is secured and no further operations can be performed. Once Bit 1 is programmed to 0 the boot block specified are secured and no further operations can be performed. ‘
BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
