IMPORTANT: Single Wire Uart Mode. This device does NOT support Read Compare functions. Security for this device cannot be verified. The Security Byte can be set under Device->Configure and programmed with Secure command. In order to program this Byte please enable Secure. Set Bit 0 to 0 will disable Chip Erase Set Bit 1 to 0 will disable Block Erase Set Bit 2 to 0 will disable Program. Bit 3 should always be set to 1 since this device doesn’t support Read operation. Set Bit 4 to 0 will disable Boot block rewrite. Bits 5 to 7 are reserved and should be set to 1s. Bit 1 2 and 3 can be erased through Chip Erase but once bit 0 is programmed to 0 the whole chip is secured and no further operations can be performed. Once Bit 4 is programmed to 0 the boot block clusters specified are secured and no further operations can be performed.
